Welcome to Low Tide Golf Cart Rentals, LLC — your local, family-owned rental service based in the heart of Sneads Ferry, North Carolina. Founded by husband-and-wife team Tommy and Martha Duff, Low Tide was born out of a simple yet powerful idea: make vacationing easier, more comfortable, and a lot more fun.
The spark for our business came to Martha while shopping at our local Walmart. She overheard a middle-aged couple debating whether to buy a bike and a beach umbrella for their stay. In the midst of the conversation, the husband said something that stuck with her: “I just wish the rental had a grill so I could grill and chill.” That was the moment inspiration struck — and the vision for Low Tide began.
Today, we’re proud to offer a wide range of Street Legal Golf Carts (LSV's) with free delivery to most locations we serve!
We proudly serve Sneads Ferry and surrounding areas including North Topsail Beach, Surf City, Topsail Beach, Ogden, Figure 8 Island, Maple Hill, Jacksonville, Sneads Ferry, Hampstead, Verona, and Holly Ridge.
